1. Advertisements must not be false or misleading.
2. Advertisements must not violate any laws whatsoever.
3. In order to safeguard the welfare of Animals and Pets, we do not allow Ads for the private sale of Animals/Pets to be posted on our site. We also do not allow Ads for Pets/Animals that are ‘free’ to be posted on our site. Only registered Breeders, and Animal Rescue Centres, may advertise Ads for Pets/Animals on this site.
4. Items or animals that are illegal to own, buy, or sell within Canada, cannot be advertised on this website. Any service that is considered illegal within Canada cannot be advertised on this website. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to comply with the laws of Canada.
5. An Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that his or her Advertisement is family friendly. However, Go Seek Go Find reserves the final decision regarding whether an Advertisement is considered to be family friendly. If an Advertisement is not considered to be family friendly by ourselves, we will remove the Advertisement without notice and without reimbursement of any fees paid. Although it is our goal to maintain a family friendly site, we are not responsible for offensive advertisements that have been posted on our site of which we are unaware. We request that our users notify us of any advertisements that they consider to be offensive so that we can endeavour to keep our site family friendly.
6. Go Seek Go Find is not responsible for the the quality, safety, accuracy, validity and truthfulness of services, goods, and information advertised on our site. This responsibility lies with the Advertiser and the Consumer.
7. We reserve the right to correct spelling and grammatical mistakes within any Advertisement. We reserve the right to move an advertisement to another position on our site if we consider the advertisement to be placed incorrectly. We reserve the right to remove an Advertisement from a Category, Sub Category or Type if it does not offer goods or services in that Category, Sub Category or Type. We make these alterations in order to maintain a high standard of advertising on our site.
8. Advertisers must be aware that by placing an Advertisement on our site, they are freely providing that information to any web user, anywhere in the world.
9. Advertisers must be aware that Go Seek Go Find is unable to guarantee that this website will be free from occasional interruptions due to technical difficulties, site maintenance and any event outside of our control.
10. Go Seek Go Find does not personally endorse any advertisement posted on this website.
11. All persons submitting Advertisements on this site must be over 18 years of age.
12. Advertisers can remove their Advertisements from this site at any time if they wish to do so but no refund of fees will be made.
13. Our Terms and Conditions of Advertising may change from time to time and it is the responsibility of the Advertiser to ensure that his or her Advertisement always complies with our latest Terms and Conditions.
14. Any Advertisement that does not meet our Terms and Conditions of Advertising will be removed without notice, without further discussion, and without reimbursement of any fees paid.
15. Go Seek Go Find may contact Advertisers from time to time with special offers and news. If you do not wish to receive this type of communication from Go Seek Go Find, please contact us using the Contact Us page on our website.

1. Classified Ads can only be posted in the Classified Ads Category.
2. There is no fee to post a Classified Ad on this website.
3. New Classified Ads go to the top of the lists and can remain on this site for 21 days. Advertisements will automatically be deleted after this date. Advertisements can be renewed every 7 days and will then go back to the top of the list and the 21 day advertising period will start over again from this date.
4. Classified Advertisements can be placed in only one geographical area.
5. Businesses cannot advertise in the Classified Category unless they are offering Jobs or Business Opportunities.
6. Classified Ads can be edited through the Log In feature on the site.

1. Event Ads can only be posted in the Event Category.
2. There is no fee to post an Event Ad on this website.
3. Event Ads must be open to the Community and cannot be Private Events.
4. Event Ads can be placed in only one geographical area.
5. Event Ads will be posted in date order.
6. Event Ads can be edited through the Log In feature on the site.

1. Group Ads can only be posted in the Group Category.
2. There is no fee to post a Group Ad on this website.
3. Group Ads can be placed in only one geographical area. Groups who provide services to more than one area may post separate Ads in different areas as long as the Information included in their Ads states that they provide a service to each of these areas.
4. Group Ads will be displayed indefinitely and do not need to be renewed. However we do request that the Advertiser removes the Ad if the service is no longer offered. If we become aware that a service is no longer being offered, we will make 3 attempts to contact the Advertiser and if we fail to make contact the Ad will be removed.
5. Group Ads will be posted in alphabetical order.

1. Community Support Ads can only be posted in the Community Support Category.
2. There is no fee to post a Community Support Ad on this website.
3. Community Support Ads can be placed in only one geographical area.
4. Community Support Ads will be posted in alphabetical order.
5. Community Support Ads can be edited through the Log In feature on the site.
6. The goal of Community Support Ads is to provide financial, practical or physical support to members in need within the community.
7. Community Support Ads can be placed for an individual or group.
8. Community Support Ads can be posted by the individual themselves or by any person on behalf of another. If an Ad is posted on behalf of a Third Party, the Advertiser must confirm that they have the permission of the Third Party to post the Ad.
9. Go Seek Go Find is not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, validity and truthfulness of services, goods, and information advertised on our site and posted in Community Support Ads. This responsibility lies with the Advertiser and the Consumer.

1. Non-Profit Advertisements can only be posted in the Businesses, Goods and Services Category.
2. There is no fee to post a Non-Profit Advertisement on this website. Advertisers may choose to add their Name, Telephone Number, and Address to our lists or display a full Advertising Panel for no charge. A full Advertising Panel includes: Name, Phone Number, Street Address, Information about the Non-Profit Service, Group or Organization, Image, Hours of Operation, Fax Number, E Mail Address, Links (Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, You Tube), Message Box, Coupon Box and Map Link.
3. Messages can be posted in the Message Box on the Advertising Panel as often as required.
4. Non-Profit refers to both Non-Profit and Not-for-Profit Services, Groups and Organizations, where all funds that are generated are used for the benefit of the intended or stated purpose.
5. Non-Profit Advertisements can be displayed in only one geographical area. Non-Profits who provide services to more than one area may post separate Ads in different areas as long as the Information included in their Ads states that they provide a service to each of these areas.
6. Non-Profit Advertisements can be displayed in up to 6 different Categories/Sub Categories/Types as long as goods or services are offered in each one.
7. Non-Profit Advertisements are listed alphabetically.
8. Non-Profit Advertisements do not need to be renewed and will be displayed indefinitely. However we do request that the Advertiser removes the Ad if the service is no longer offered. If we become aware that a service is no longer being offered we will make 3 attempts to contact the Advertiser and if we fail to make contact the Ad will be removed.
9. Coupons can be posted in the Coupon Box on the Advertising Panel as often as required.

1. Business Advertisements can only be posted in the Business Ads Category. However, businesses offering offering Jobs or Business Opportunities may also advertise in the Classified Ads Category.
2. Businesses can choose to either add their name, phone number and location to our lists for free or purchase a full Advertising Panel. There is an annual fee to purchase an Advertising Panel and this fee must be paid before the Advertisement can appear on this site. This fee is non-refundable once the Advertisement has been submitted. The Advertisement will remain on this site for one year as long as it continues to meet our Terms and Conditions of Advertising. A fee must be paid for each additional year of advertising for the Advertisement to remain on this site. The Advertiser can choose to remove his or her Advertisement at any time and has no contractual obligation to continue posting an Advertisement, however no refund of fees will be made.

There is just one Advertising Fee and for this fee Business Advertisers receive an Advertising Panel that includes: Business Name, Phone Number, Street Address, Information about the Business, Image, Hours of Operation, Fax Number, E Mail Address, Links (Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, You Tube), Coupon/Special Offer Box, Message Box, Map Link, and Forms of Payment that the Business accepts.
4. In order to safeguard the welfare of Animals and Pets, we do not allow Ads for the private sale of Animals/Pets to be posted on our site. Businesses who provide services to more than one area eg. plumbers, contractors etc. may purchase and post separate Ads in different areas as long as the Business Information included in their Ads states that they provide a service to each of these areas.
6. Businesses who are operated centrally, and who do not have bases in local areas, are permitted to place separate advertisements in all of the geographical areas that they serve. as long as the Business Information included in their Ads states that they provide a service to each of these areas.
7. Business Advertisements can be displayed in up to 6 different Categories/Sub Categories/Types as long as goods or services are offered in each one.
8. Business Advertisements are listed alphabetically.
9. Businesses may post a Coupon in the Coupon Box as often as they wish to do so for no extra charge.
10. Businesses may post a Message in the Message Box as often as they wish to do so for no extra charge.
11. Businesses that provide adult goods are permitted to advertise on our site as long as their advertisements are family friendly. However they are not allowed to add any Links to their Ad. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their Advertisements are family friendly. However, Go Seek Go Find reserves the final decision regarding whether an Advertisement is considered to be family friendly. If an Advertisement is not considered to be family friendly by ourselves, we will remove the Advertisement without notice and without reimbursement of any fees paid.
